He looks like a brother to the rest of the Rather family in the pictures, but he is not on the census with them. We think the four Rather photos in the glass negatives belong to the family of Albert and Caroline Rather. I do think all four are siblings and all had their photo taken at the same time. This family comes from Wrightstown, which is on the Fox River in Brown County just inside the line from Outagamie County.
