Rites Held Tuesday For Charles Timm
Funeral servicee for Charles Timm, 91, were held Tuesday 
afternoon from Bethel Methodist church of which he was a 
lifelong member.
Mr. Timm died at Memorial Hospital Saturday. He had been 
hospitalized for about three weeks. Prior to his fatal 
illness he had never known a sick day in his entire life.
The services were conducted by the Rev. Victor Vriesen pastor 
of the church, and burial will be in the church cemetery.
He was born at Three Rivers, Michigan, the son of Johann and
Wilhelmina Leverenz-Timm. As a young boy he came with his 
parents to the vicinity of Kiel and settled on the farm which 
he operated after the death of his father.
Following his marriage June 2, 1892, to Hannah Persohn of 
Brillion, he operated the homestead farm until 1927. They then 
moved to Kiel. In 1942 they observed their golden wedding 
anniversary,
Mrs. Timm died March 9, 1944.
Since then he had been making his home with his son-in-law 
and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Milton Reichardt in Kiel.
Survivors include three sons, namely: John, on the homestead
farm; Melvin and Milton of Kiel; one daughter Mrs. Reichardt, 
two grandchildren, Sgt. Robert Timm, on duty in Germany, and 
Mrs. Jack Gerlach of Portland, Oregon, and three sisters, Miss 
Emma Timm, Mrs. C. A. Heckert and Mrs. 0. W. Becker of Appleton.

Robert Timm

On Monday the corpse of Mr. Robert Timm, aged 25, was sent here from 
Nebraska for burial.  Deceased died of typhoid on Friday, May 3, and 
was buried on Monday afternoon.  We join with numerous friends in 
extending our sympathy
