ODELLIA PASTERNASKI As 7th Ward resident Ignatz Pasterneski awoke yesterday morning, he was shocked to discover that his wife lay dead beside him in bed. The lady had not been feeling well with a chest cold for the last several weeks, but no one anticipated that her death was so near. The deceased, who is survived by her husband and several children, was born in the state of New York 59 years ago. Her funeral will be held this morning. Der Nord Westen, 05 Sep. 1907 ******** FOUND WIFE DEAD IN BED WITH HIM Mrs. Odelin Pasterniski, Seventh Ward, Died During the Night NO WARNING OF DEATH Woman Had been Ailing But Condition Caused No Alarm To awaken and find his wife dead in the bed at his side, was the experience of Ignatz Pasterneski, who resides at Twenty-Fourth and Washington Streets this morning, Mrs. Pasterneski having died suddenly during the night without having aroused her husband or other members of the family. Shortly after midnight Mr. Pasterneski was awakened by his wife who had suffered an attack of coughing but this passed and she declared that she was all right and there was no occasion for alarm. Though Mrs. Pasterneski had been ailing and had not been in robust health for some time past, there was nothing in her condition to cause alarm and she was able to be about and had attended to her household duties as usual Tuesday. The family retired at 10 o'clock in the evening and the wife and mother did not complain of being ill and except for the trouble at midnight, when she experienced a coughing spell, there was nothing to give warning that death was near at hand and the discovery that she had died during the night was a terrible shock to husband, family and friends. Mrs. Pasterneski was 59 years of age and the mother of a family of several children, who with the husband survive. She was born in New York state after her parents came here from Germany and came to Manitowoc a number of years ago. She was a woman who was held in esteem by her neighbors and friends and her death will be sincerely deplored by many who knew her. The funeral will be held Friday, probably from the family home. They are Miss Catherine Peil and Mrs. Mary Schroeder of the Holy Family hospital, Mrs. Agnes Cecil of Omaha, Mrs. John Thielen of California and Michael Peil of St. Paul Minn. Friends are requested to omit flowers. Priest For 62 Years. The passing of Monsignor Peil Monday night brought to a close more than 62 years in the Catholic priesthood and service of more than 53 years in the administration to the spiritual needs of the Catholic faithful in Manitowoc. Until ill health forced him to his bed at the Holy Family hospital early in February, Monsignor Peil served actively as pastor of the St. Boniface congregation from the time of his coming to Manitowoc in 1881, with the exception of a few years prior to 1932 when the Rev. Theo. Kersten was director of the congregation. Clergy of the dioceses of Green Bay and Milwaukee and members of his congregation took part in festivities here in August 1933 honoring the venerable priest on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of his ordination. The most Rev. Paul P. Rhode, bishop of the Green Bay diocese preached at the anniversary mass which was followed by a banquet attended by 125 cler- (Continued on Page 8) REV. W. J. PEIL DIES HERE AFTER A LONG ILLNESS (Continued from Page 1) gy and 50 relatives and friends. Born in Racine Ten years prior to this anniversary, when he closed a half century in the priesthood, Father Peil was honored by Bishop Rhode with the title of Monsignor in recognition of his services to the church. Nearly eighty-six years of age, Monsignor Peil was born in Racine October 3, 1849. He attended parochial schools there and before reaching the age of 13 entered the St. Francis seminary for secular clergy, south of Milwaukee. His father, incidentally, was employed on the construction of the seminary and later held the contract for the addition to the north wing. Two years after Father Peil started his studies at St. Francis he entered the St. Lawrence college at Calvary, run by the Capucian Fathers. He studied there for three years, then returned to the Milwaukee seminary. He was ordained by Archbishop Martin Henni at the St. John’s cathedral, Milwaukee, August 6, 1872, and celebrated his first solemn high mass at Racine on August 15, the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Father Peil’s first appointment was that of assistant pastor of the St. Joseph church at Milwaukee. After a short time he became pastor of the St. Louis church in the town of Caledonia, Racine county, remaining there eight years until his appointment to Manitowoc. Came Here in 1881 When Father Peil assumed charge of the St. Boniface parish here, Manitowoc had only two Catholic congregations, his own and that of St. Mary’s on the west side. At that time, May, 1881, the south side of the city was part of the Milwaukee diocese of Green Bay. All Catholics, however, worshipped on the south side, as both Catholic churches were on that side of the river. Down the span of years Father Peil saw the number of Catholic parishes grow from two, when he came to the city over 50 years ago, to six. First came the Sacred Heart parish, located on the north side of the river. This was in 1903. More recently came the St. Paul and St. Andrew parishes on the west and south sides. The newest parish is Holy Innocents, on the north side. The St. Mary’ Catholic parish was organized in 1876 without the aid of the St. Boniface congregation and the Holy Innocents parish was organized in 1932 as the daughter church of the Sacred Heart congregation. Interested in Records Father Peil always took a keen interest in the early church records in Manitowoc. He had active charge of the erection of the present St. Boniface church at South Tenth and Marshall streets in the ‘80’s. The basement was completed in 1884 and the rest of the structure the following year. On Thanksgiving day of that year the church was consecrated as a place of worship. Supplanting the first parochial school on Marshall street, a frame structure, the present brick school was erected in 1887 with an addition in 1910. The parish home on South Tenth street was built in 1890. Despite the cutting off of large portions of the territory of the St. Boniface church it still numbers 750 families. Father Peil all through the years had painstakingly administered to the big flock and despite his many duties always found time to give advice and counsel to the members of his congregation and others who came to him. Manitowoc Herald Times, September 17, 1935 P. 8 ******** TO CLAIM ESTATE WHILE IN EUROPE Rev. Father Peil, This City, Will Prove Heirship to a Fortune THREE HEIRS IN CITY Sealed Packet Given Rev. Peil By Grandmother, Lately Deceased, Reveals That He and Brother and Sister Are Heirs. Investigation relative to the claim of his family to heirship of a large estate now in control of the government of France is to be undertaken by Rev. Father Peil, of St. Boniface Catholic church of this city, who recently embarked upon a trip to Europe and will reach there this week, and when he returns here in August, it is possible that he will have established title to the property to which three Manitowoc people are heirs, Father Peil, his brother Joseph Peil and a sister, Mrs. Ziesel. Rev. Peil accompanied Bishop Fox of Green Bay and Rev. Geisler of Two Rivers to Europe. A sealed package given to Rev. Peil by his grandmother Mrs. De Wolf at the time of her death a short time ago, with instructions to open, revealed the fact that the family is heir to the estate in France and the package contained the necessary document which will establish the claim, it is believed. The papers, in the sealed package, had been given to Mrs. De Wolf by her mother, it is said; and why no attempt had been made to open the package or claim the estate is not known. Rev. Peil, a brother and sister in this city and a brother at Racine are the heirs to the property now. The estate to which Father Peil will enter claim for his family is the property owned by ancestors many years ago. The mother Mrs. De Wolf, grandmother of Father Peil, was a baroness and member of the French nobility and the estate was the property of her family. In some manner, the property has been in the hands of the government, in trust, for some years and it is thought that all that will be necessary to secure the property will be to establish the relationship of the Peil family to the original owners and this will be an easy matter with the documents which were contined (sic) in the package given to Rev. Peil. Father Peil, with Bishop Fox and others of the party sailed from New York a week ago Saturday and it is the intention of Rev. Peil to visit France first and investigate the story told by the documents in the package, and if necessary to enter the claim and prove title to heirship. It is not thought that other members of the family will be compelled to journey to France to establish their claim to a share in the estate as it is expected that Father Peil can attend to the matter for all of the heirs. Rev. Peil, Joseph Peil and Mrs. Ziesel who will be the beneficiaries in event that the title to the estate is clear, which is thought not to be questioned, have been residents of this city for years and their good fortune will be pleasing to many friends. Father Peil, who was ordained to the priest hood more than 25 years ago, has been in charge of St. Boniface congregation in this city for many years and is widely known throughout the state as a prelate. He is beloved by his congregation and has achieved much for the church. Manitowoc Daily Herald, Wednesday, April 24, 1907 P. 1 ******** Manitowoc Fifty years ago Thursday, Monsignor W. J. Peil, pastor of St. Boniface Church was ordained to priest and the entire city Thursday honored the churchman. Flags few from the city hall, other public buildings and from business establishments and hundreds of people attended the services at the church where Father Peil has been pastor for forty-two years. Bishop P. Rhode, Green Bay, preached the sermon at high mass of which Father Peil was the celebrant, Rev. August Ziesel of Omaha, Neb.,, a nephew of Msgr. Peil acted as Deacon and Father Mueller of Racine was master of ceremonies. Following the church services a banquet was held at which Msgr. W. J. Fitzmaurice was toastmaster. The Very Rev. J. M. LESTER F. PETERMAN Manitowoc Motorist Victim of Road Crash Near Cato Mirro Worker Dies Following Violent Mishap Lester Peterman 1st County Fatality Since Oct. 8, 1960 CATO—Manitowoc County’s record of 134 days without a fatal traffic accident came to an end Sunday night with the death of a 30 year old Manitowoc motorist in a one-car smashup two miles north of this village on County Highway A. The victim was Lester Peterman, a Mirro Aluminum Co. employe who lived at 1812 Clark St. He was the first traffic fatality in the county since Oct. 8, 1960. Dr. Theodore Teitgen, county coroner, said death was almost instantaneous due to multiple injuries. He indicated there would be no inquest unless further investigation warranted it. Flies Into Ditch County police reported that the accident occurred shortly after 9:45 p.m. on a straight stretch of blacktopped highway while Peterman was traveling south at an apparent high rate of speed. His 1956 model Buick sedan went into the left ditch, traveled sideways up an embankment, snapped off a telephone pole and finally came to rest in a field in an upright position with Peterman beneath it. Peterman apparently was thrown from the car when it hit the pole and was dragged from 100 to 150 feet before the vehicle lost momentum. No Witnesses Investigation at the scene showed the car traveled about 243 feet after it left the highway. Doctor Teitgen said there were apparently no witnesses to the high speed crash. First to arrive on the scene were Robert Hebel and Robert Haas, both of Cato, who had been bowling with Peterman at Reedsville during the afternoon. They spent some time in taverns at Taus and Grimms after bowling. The coroner quoted Hebel and Haas as saying that Peterman left a tavern at Taus at the same time they did with the intention of going to Manitowoc to get something to eat. However, Hebel said he stopped to get some gas at Taus before proceeding. He and Haas arrived at the scene shortly after the accident occurred, according to Doctor Teitgen. Funeral Services Peterman was born Nov. 9, 1930, at Manitowoc, son of Frank and Anna Nemitz Peterman. He attended St. Boniface parochial school and was graduated with the class of 1949 from Lincoln High School. He was employed in the shipping department of Mirro Aluminum Co., Manitowoc. BERNADINE PETERSEN On Monday, Oct. 21, 2002, surrounded by her loved ones at home, Bernadine Joyce Dehne Petersen entered into the Kingdom of Heaven after a valiant 2 1/2 year struggle against cancer. On March 24, 1935, at 9:30 a.m. she became the firstborn of Lester Dehne and the late Mabel Sommers Dehne (Ohlsen) in an upstairs bedroom on the Dehne farm in Newton. She attended school at Sheboygan, St. Wendell and Manitowoc. Her greatest accomplishment was earning her GED from Lakeshore Technical College at the young age of 65. Someone once told her that she was dumb, but she proved them wrong. Thank you to Michael Williams, her math teacher, who was very instrumental in that achievement. She completed a nursing assistant course, but felt too compassionate to work in that field. Her employment consisted of 12 hard years at Aluminum Specialty and then finally, retiring from Mirro Aluminum Goods after 28 years of dedicated service. She worked hard all her life. Her happiest moment occurred on June 22, 1991 when in their riverside home's backyard, she became the loving wife of Michael Petersen. They would have shared 12 special years together next summer. Bernadine is survived by her devoted husband: Mike; two daughters: Valerie Bey and fiance, Bob Buxbaum, Manitowoc; Gail (Max) Price, Hillside, Colo.; one son: Darren (Rhonda) Wheelock, Manitowoc; her father and stepmother: Lester and Mildred Dehne, Newton; three sisters: Shirley (DuWayne) Wolf, Kaukauna; Karen (Jerry) Newhouse, Appleton; and Patty Dehne, Manitowoc; and two brothers: Wayne (Kate) Dehne, Manitowoc; Leroy (Ruth) Dehne, Combined Locks; seven grandchildren: Heather Bey and her fiance, Bob Nixon; Nick, Alex, Silver, Zola and Zach Price; and Arizona Wheelock; her mother-in-law: Marjorie Petersen, Manitowoc; one sister-in-law: Kay (John) Goswitz; three brothers-in-law: Chris (Patrice) Petersen, Colorado Springs, Colo.; Ken (Mary) Petersen, Francis Creek; and Keith (Brenda) Petersen, Manitowoc; one great-grandchild: Brittany Nixon; stepchildren: Lisa (Bill) Stricklin, Manitowoc; Jeff (Pam) Petersen, Connecticut; and Tim (Becky) Petersen, Manitowoc; five step-grandchildren: Wendy, Courtney, Trevor, Ashley, Tristan; a half-sister: Pamela (Dale) Chizek, Manitowoc; and a step-brother: Bobby (Sheila) Morgan, Reedsville. And finally her dog, L.B. and her two fish, Squirrely Shirley and Schnookie. She was preceded in death by her mother: Mabel Sommers Ohlsen; her infant sister: Yvonne Dehne; and a step-grandson: Joshua Petersen. She will be sadly missed by her Aunt Charlotte; Uncle Arvin and Aunt Mary; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends. Those whose lives she touched feel blessed! She enjoyed going to the Oneida Casino and was able to go "one last time!" You could find her fishing right in her back yard or chair caning. She was incredible at hardanger needlepoint and accomplished at her Indian crafts. Her favorite music included polkas, country, Native American and the barbershop music of the Fox Valley Chorus Sweet Adeline's. If you saw her home, you'd know that she was very proud of her Oneida Heritage. She was overwhelmingly comforted by the visit of the medicine man, Bob Brown, while she was in the hospital. And she became reassured by the Rev. Paul Perkins, that her faith in Jesus Christ guaranteed her place in heaven. She never lost her wit, sense of humor, kindness, and loving comments throughout the pain, confusion and weakness. Visitation will be at Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2002. Special music will be by the Oneida Singers. Celebration of eternal life will be at 11 a.m. on Thurs-day, Oct. 24, 2002 at Faith Evangelical Free Church, Hwy. CR, Manitowoc. Her nephew, Heston Hurley, will offer a Native American song. Friends may visit from 10 a.m. until the hour of service. Bernadine wished to be cremated and her remains placed in the Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum facing her daughter's home from behind a red window. To my husband, thank you, Mike, , for being so good to me. I love you. To my daughter, Valerie, thank you for everything you did for me. You are my Angel. To Gail, thank you for finding me. You made my life complete. To Darren, my loving son, you are so good looking! Remember that you are somebody! To my beautiful wife, Bernadine, you made my life happy. I wish I'd have met you 40 years ago! To my mom, you are my best friend. I'll miss you.! To our sister who became the strength and "the tie that binds" after our mother died. We will all miss you and will have many happy memories. Till we meet again....Shirley, Karen and Patty, Wayne and Leroy. From Cindy, you are my best friend in the Whole world! To my daughter, you were my first born. I love you. Daddy The family wishes to thank the VNA Hospice; Dr. Barylak; Bernadine's friend at the clinic, Carla; the Rev. Paul Perkins; and friends and neighbors who brought food during our vigil. Rest in peace. Manitowoc Herald Times Reporter Tuesday, October 22, 2002 pg. A3

CARRIE PFEFFER Died in Life's Morning. Carrie Pfeffer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Pfeffer, died at the parental home last Saturday afternoon of membranous croup, aged fourteen years. All that medical skill and loving care could do to save the little sufferer proved to be of no avail and, surrounded by the tearful faces of near and dear ones, she passed from life to the shadowy realm. Death is at all times a grim visitor, but his coming seems doubly hard when it takes off one for whom life seemed to hold so much of rosy promise. Of a sweet, loving disposition, little Carrie was the idol of her parents and of a large circle of friends and playmates. It is sad, indeed to think that she should be called away just at the beginning of life's morning when the joys of earth were keenly felt and the little one was just beginning to take her place in the great drama of life. But He who doeth all things, well ordained the sad ending. The loved ones left behind will feel the bitterness of their loss, but, in the night of death hope sees a star and listening love can hear the rustle of a wing. The funeral was held Monday afternoon and was attended by a large number of friends who took the opportunity of tendering the last sad tribute of respect to the memory of the dear departed. GEORGE PFEFFER (d. 1923) JOSEPH PFEFFER IS A SUICIDE; HANGS HIMSELF Had Been Ill for Two Years, Preyed on His Mind. Joseph Pfeffer, pioneer business man and life long resident of the city, took his own life yesterday afternoon, committing suicide by hanging in the garage near the home at Tenth and Madison street during the absence of all members of the family. The body was discovered shortly after 6 o’clock last night when Charles Tadych, an employe at the Pfeffer furniture store arrived at the garage to put up the delivery truck for the night. Physicians were immediately called but Mr. Pfeffer was beyond human aid. Coroner Dr. W. G. Kemper was called but declared it a case of suicide and no inquest will be called. Ill For Two Years Mr. Pfeffer has been suffering from an affliction for two years that caused him much trouble with his head and during attacks would often be so weak that he would be forced to rest. Yesterday morning he complained of an unusually severe attack and was treated by Mrs. Pfeffer. He was relieved and went to the furniture store where he worked on the books during the morning and in the afternoon returned to work uncrating furniture. He told his son George that he was going home at about 3:30 and left the store at that time. It was the last time he was seen alive by any member of the family. Mrs. Pfeffer had gone out for the afternoon, being in attendance at a meeting of one of the church societies of which she was a member and other members of the family being absent from the home on other errands. There had been no intimation of any kind that Mr. Pfeffer had contemplated the rash act and the discovery of his dead body by Tadych at 6 o’clock came as a severe shock from which the family had not recovered today. Born Here in 1853. Joseph Pfeffer was born in this city September 3, 1853 and was seventy years old. He received his early education in the local schools and was later apprenticed to learn the harness making trade under Nic Kuhl, Sr. After he had learned his trade he engaged in business for himself and for a number of years operated a shop on South Tenth street. Later he was in the store building now occupied by the Buchner shoe store at Ninth and Washington and then moved to the present location on the south side of Washington street between Ninth and Tenth. About five years ago he discontinued the harness business and engaged in furniture and undertaking and three years ago, after his son Leonard had completed his course at a Chicago embalming school, turned the business over to his two sons, George and Leonard and retired but continued to look after the books and perform odd jobs about the store. Planned Wedding Celebration Married here November 26, 1878 to Lena Herman, daughter of William Herman, the couple made their home for the forty-five years of their married life at South Tenth and Madison streets and had planned a big wedding. Celebration for this year. Besides the widow, three sons and three daughters, George, Joseph and Leonard, Mrs. John Mueller, Mrs. Harvey Greibling and Mrs. Frank Martin, two sisters, Mrs. Anton Wilfert and Mrs. Peter Trace and thirteen grandchildren survive him. Mr. Pfeffer was never active in politics but took an active interest in the St. Boniface congregation of which he was a member. He was also a member of the Catholic Knights, serving as trustee for many years and of the St. Boniface Society of which he was treasurer for more than thirty years. Funeral on Friday. The funeral will be held Friday morning with services at St. Boniface church and burial will be at Calvary. Manitowoc Herald News, September 19, 1923 P. 2

ROY T. PFEFFER Roy T. Pfeffer, age 72, of 3510 Michigan Ave., Manitowoc, died early Monday morning, May 28, 2007, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Roy was born on Sept. 26, 1934, in Manitowoc, the third son of the late Leonard T. and Lucy (Bouril) Pfeffer. He was a genuine "south-sider" with Roy's primary education beginning at St. Boniface Parochial Grade School and Washington Jr. High School after which he graduated with the class of 1952 from Lincoln High School. He furthered his education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he received a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1957. After attending and graduating from the Wisconsin Institute of Mortuary Science of Milwaukee and passing his state exams in 1959, Roy was licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a funeral director/embalmer. His professional career was served in its entirety at the Pfeffer Funeral Home of Manitowoc and began in partnership with his two older brothers: Clyde W. Pfeffer and Leonard C. Pfeffer. The Pfeffer Funeral Home was established by their father in 1921. Roy began his employment there in 1958 and was elected president of the firm serving in that capacity for 12 years until his formal retirement on Jan. 1, 1998, after more than 40 years of service to the community. Funeral service was a passion for Roy, and he endeavored to serve all the families he assisted with warmth and compassion. On Aug. 23, 1958, he was joined in marriage to Eileen (Eenie) M. Schisel (a genuine "north-sider"), by the Rev. E. A. Radey at Holy Innocents Catholic Church. The union gave birth to five children with three daughters surviving. Eileen preceded him in death on July 5, 2006. His local involvement included membership in Elks Lodge 687, Eagles Aerie 706, KC Council 710, Manitowoc Yacht Club, Seagull Club, and the State and County University of Wisconsin Alumni Associations. Roy had also served in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1958 to 1963 with the 377th Ordnance Company and the 208th Medical Detachment. Eileen and Roy were most fortunate to enjoy many international trips together, and after his family and funeral service, Roy found some time for golf; looked forward to deer hunting in November for more than 57 years; explored the family genealogy; and considered himself somewhat of a Civil War history buff. Roy's professional involvement began by serving on the board of the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association for 11 years and was elected as state president in 1978. He then became involved on the national scene serving on the board of the National Funeral Directors Association for 10 years and was elected national president in 1986 and concurrently served as Active Executive Director of National Funeral Directors Association from late 1986 thru 1987. Roy authored many state and national funeral service articles and was a guest speaker throughout the United States. He also served for 20 years on the advisory board for the Funeral Service School of the Milwaukee Area Technical College, and in 1995, was appointed by then Governor Tommy Thompson to the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Examining Board and was elected board chairman in 1989. Roy was honored by the Wisconsin Association by naming him to its Hall of Fame in 1991, and he earned the distinction of becoming a member of the National Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice in 1981 and was one the few Wisconsin funeral directors holding that title. Survivors include three daughters: Sarah B. Czekala of Mishicot; Rebecca T. Pfeffer of Sedona, Ariz.; and Ann M. Pfeffer of rural Manitowoc; two grandchildren: Monica Czekala, and Jason Czekala and special friend, Lisa Erdmann; and one great-grandson: Coi, all of whom he loved very much and was very proud to be their father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Also surviving are one brother: Leonard C. Pfeffer; one sister-in-law: Marilyn Pfeffer; nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends. Roy was preceded in death by his wife: Eileen; a son: Michael; a daughter: Deborah; a brother: Clyde W. Pfeffer; two sisters-in-law: Dolores Pfeffer and Elouise Pfeffer; his father-in-law: Joseph Schisel; and his mother-in-law: (none better), Irene Mangin Schisel; and a brother-in-law: Jerome Schisel. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2007, at St. Francis of Assisi on Waldo. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Daniel Felton. Final committal prayers will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc. The family will greet relatives and friends at The Pfeffer Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2007, and on Saturday morning at St. Francis of Assisi on Waldo from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at 10:30 a.m. Memorials would be appreciated to the Deborah Ann Pfeffer Art Scholarship Fund at Roncalli High School. During his tenure on the National Funeral Directors Association Board, Roy visited and spoke at all of the United States with the exception of South Dakota and Delaware. He enjoyed these travels and meeting with other funeral directors and exchanging past, present and future visions of funeral service throughout the globe. But what he enjoyed the most was returning back to Manitowoc and his family and friends. He was basically a home-town boy who loved Manitowoc and its country atmosphere and who was lucky enough to have visited and compared other locales with what he learned to be the best hometown, Manitowoc. Dad, you gave it the "Good Fight." Embrace your entrance to the "Big Garden Party," and savor the beautiful colors and aroma of all the flowers. Your personal and professional accomplishments proved you grew where you were planted. We will miss you deeply. Love, your girls Manitowoc Herald Times Wednesday, May 30, 2007 pg. A3
