SHEBOYGAN, Feb. 26.-Fred Leudke, residing at Louis Corners, Manitowoc county, today closed a deal for the purchase of 180 acres of the 200 acre farm owned by Henry Krumery, of Plymouth, former state senator and LaFollette condidate for state treasurer, paying $31,500 for the property, at the rate of $175 an acre. The sale does not include stock on the farm. Krumery, whose farm is known as one of the best improved in Sheboygan county, accepts 80 acres owned by Leudke, two miles from Louis Corners, as part of the deal and will sell the property.
