She is Anna Williams Larsen, born February 10, 1866; who died 
January 2, 1936 in Askov, Pine County, Minnesota. 
She is the sister of the two Williams boys whose pictures are 
in these glass negative photos. A daughter of Johannes Gerhardt 
Williams and Marie Clara Mayer Williams.
She is in Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery-Askov, Minnesota

RELATIVES ATTEND RITES FOR CARL LARSEN
New Holstein: Mr. and Mrs. John Bierman attended the funeral
services for the latters uncle, Carl Larsen, which were held
last Wednesday at the Danish Lutheran church in Askov, Minn.
The Rev. M. Mikkelsen officiated and interment was in the
Askov cemetery.
Deceased was born March 8, 1860 in Denmark and came to the
United States in 1882. He located in Charleston, north of this
city, where on October 18, 1884 he was married to Miss Anna
Williams.
Since 1919 the couple lived in Askov and Jackson, Minn. Mrs.
Larsen preceded him in death January 2, 1936, and since that
time he made his home with his children. He was a brother-in-
law of John Gisch of Sheboygan Falls and Adam Willems of Kiel.
Survivors include two sons, Charles and Nick of Askov, a 
daughter, Mrs. C. Johnson of Jackson, five grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren, a brother Nick, in Waukegan, Ill.,
and a sister in Denmark.

Funeral services for Mrs. Frank Laughrin, who passed away Tuesday 
at her home in the town of Rantoul after a two week’s illness, 
will be held Friday morning in the Pfeffer Funeral home, Chilton, 
and in St. Mary’s Church, Hilbert with burial in the Hilbert 
cemetery. The Rev. Theodore Kolbe will officiate. Six nephews will 
be pallbearers.  
Mrs. Laughrin was born April 30, 1874, in the town of Rantoul, the 
daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Harlow. On July 7, 1896, 
she was married to Frank Laughrin at St. Augustine’s church, Chilton. 
For many years she taught in four Calumet county schools. She was a 
member of the Christian Mothers of St. Mary’s congregation, Hilbert.  
Surviving are her husband; three sons, John at home, and Walter and 
Raymond of Milwaukee; one daughter, Mrs. Arthur (Rosemary) Wollersheim, 
at home; seven grandchildren; four brothers, James Harlow of Ontonagan, 
Mich., Joseph and Harry Harlow of Newald, Wis., and Raymond Harlow of 
Manitowoc; three sisters, Mrs. Joseph McHugh and Mrs. John Laughrin of 
Chilton, and Mrs. Adam Stoecker of Milwaukee. One brother and one 
sister preceded her in death.
