By virtue of and pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale in the above entitled cause; dated June 28, 1871. YOST, NICHOLAS (First publication Dec. 27, 1888.) No. 82 STATE OF WISCONSIN.-COUNTY COURT FOR MANITOWOC COUNTY. In Probate. In the matter of the estate of Nicholas Yost, junior, deceased. On reading and filing the petition of Margaret A. Kelley, late of the city of Merrill, Lincloln (sic) county, Wisconsin, representing among other things that Nicholas Yost, Junior, late of the town of Kossuth, in the county of Manitowoc, and state aforesaid, on the 17th day of December A.D., 1857, at said town of Kossuth, died intestate, leaving goods, chattels and estate within this state to be administered, and that said petitioner is one of the children of said Nicholas Yost, junior, deceased, and praying that administration of said estate be to Lawrenz Katsemier, of said town of Kossuth granted, it is ordered that said petition be heard before this court at a special term thereof to be held on Tuesday, the 29th day of January, A.D., 1889, at 10 o'clock a.M. at the office of the county judge, in the city of Manitowoc, in said county of Manitowoc. YOUNG, WILLIAM SHERIFF'S SALE, State of Wisconsin, Manitowoc County, Circuit Court. Alber Journey Jr. Benjamin Lyner and William Young, against George Rice, George Reed, John S. Rice, and Reuben Rice. In virtue of and pursuant to a Judgment rendered in said court in the above entitled action rendered October 30th 1858 I shall expose for sale and sell at public auction, at the Court House in the Village of Manitowoc on the 20th day of January 1859 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of that day the following described mortgaged premises or so much thereof as may be necessary to raise the amount of said judgment interest and costs, together with expenses of sale to-wit: All those pieces parcels of lots of land known and described as follows to-wit the equal undivided one half part of the west half of the west half of the north west quarter of section number twenty (20) in township no. nineteen (19) north of range no. twenty four (24) east excepting five (5) acres off and from the north end of the same, also the following lots situated in the village of Manitowoc in said County and State to wit: Lot number (6) in block number one hundred and sixty three (163) lot number seven (7) in block number one hundred and sixty six (166), lot number three (3) in block number one hundred and seventy seven (177) and lot number four (4) in block number one hundred and seventy eight (178) being situated and lying in the County of Manitowoc and state of Wisconsin.
